Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Therefore, I can process cancellations within 48 hours after your transaction has been processed. Please contact me as soon as possible within this timeframe if you wish to cancel your order.

Final Sale Policy
Please note that all fine art prints and original paintings are considered final sale. I take great pride in the quality of my work, and once a purchase has been processed, I cannot accept returns.

Damaged Artwork
If, upon delivery, you discover that your artwork has been damaged, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at katarina@kghstudio.com. I would be happy to discuss the possibility of sending a replacement for your damaged piece.
